I lead frontend architecture on ted.com. A custom Next.js platform serving millions of readers a month. Day to day: product features, performance, refactors that ship without breaking production, partnering with design, product, and backend, pushing the team's engineering standards forward.

Selected shipped work. Split the platform's monolithic GraphQL into independent services. Rebuilt the team's release-deploy tooling. Shipped a critical security migration the morning a frontend library hit a CVE. Led the team that recovered a 47% revenue drop in the ad stack. Server-rendered the talks pages so Google sees the right preview image before any JavaScript loads. Recovered a production outage the next morning with a single deploy fix.
